We woke up Sunday morning to snow. So much snow that we couldn't wait to go play. Since we have 1:00 church this year, we all bundled up and spent the morning building snowmen with our neighbors.
Monday was cold, and after V and M played in the snow some more, they wanted to stay inside and be warm. So we pulled out the paints to entertain them.
I started another project. I'm really not much of a seamstress, but I've wanted to use this fabric and M needed a new skirt. So everyone, cross your fingers and send good vibes that I get this Christmas skirt finished in time and that it goes so easy that I won't swear off sewing altogether.
Lunch is all about easy food for me, these open-faced fried egg sandwiches have been really good. Would be better with bacon but I'm not that fancy.
We had our ward Christmas party this week. It was Polar Express themed and there were lots of fun decorations and a hot chocolate station. The kids all got up and sang some songs at the end. You can't see all of mine, but you can see M!
This week I posted about the wellness challenge. You can read all about it HERE. I'm really excited about it, but I'm getting a little nervous! I guess if I end up being the only one who does the challenge I can just keep all the prizes haha :)
V had a dr appointment this week. He's getting so big! 32 lbs, and now he's 99% in his height. His personality is really showing up now too.
I got some running in this week too. I really don't love the treadmill, but at least I'm warm while I run.
Tonight I get to go on a fancy date with Trevon! And by fancy, I mean that we dress up. It's actually his work party haha. I hope you all have a great weekend!
Have the Christmas Parties started for you yet?
What is your favorite lunch?
Were you tall for your age growing up?
I am and was always really small, but Trevon is super tall, so V definitely got his genes on that.
